The church we are a part of celebrates missions and the diversity of our body each semester. In addition to having a missionary speaker and having a missions offering, everyone is encouraged to dress in international clothes. We enjoy this tradition. Thanks to a generous gift from a Nigerian friend the kids were able to dress African as well. After church we joined the African Caribbean Life Group for lunch. What a blessing it is to be building relationships and learning the culture of a place we will soon be living.
