When
we recently had dinner with our Nigerian friend she taught us a neat
fact. In the US we have Klennex in Nigeria they have Maggi. Maggi
is the standard name brand for bullion cubes. And like Kennex in the
US which universally means tissue. Maggi means bullion no matter
what brand. She even gave us our very own Maggi cube. Bullion is
used in common stews and rice to add flavor.
