So we have a walker. She likes to walk and explore. She plays different on the playground with her new found skills and can climb the small steps. She is showimg more of her personality every day. She can not yet get up from her knees with out a wall or hand so she still frequently walks on her knees. But those feet are so much fun for walking.
Its amazing to us as parents how our routines have changed with this new skill. Instead of carrying Lydia to the car we will hold her hand and let her walk. We went out for dinner on Friday night and didn't take the stroller, she walked and rode on daddy's shoulders. She would have rode on our backs but we forgot the carrier.
These new skills also lead to new boundaries, pray for us, as we teach her those. She is an outdoor baby so she likes being out there. We want her to enjoy it and be safe.
